As the offer has closed at 5.30 p.m. (Singapore time) on 26 April 2021, the Company has accordingly requested the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited to suspend the trading of the Company's shares with effect from 9.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on 27 April 2021.
