The Board of Directors (the "Board") of CEI Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Ngiam May Ling as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 August 2020. The Board also wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms Ngiam May Ling for her past services rendered during her tenure as Company Secretary.
